  Use
Electric three �way ball valve use to industrial control system, it receive 220V AC working electric power, match use with control signal, can realize shunt or concurrent flow, reverse flow of medium in delivery pipeline for petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy, pharmacy, sewage treatment etc.industrial department.

 structure and principle
Electric three �way ball valve is compose of electronic electric actuator, and three �way ball valve. Electric actuator is drive device of three �way ball valve, When working electric source on electric actuator turn form 0o to 90º, make three �way ball valve from close (open) position turn to open (close) position, reach to medium in pipeline realize circulation (cut off) meet different technology demand (detail see Fig.1). Electric three �way ball valve have two type, valve core have L type and T type, can realize two different control requirement, shown as Fig.1

Valve core: 304 and 316 (stainless steel)
Valve body: 304, 316 and ZG25
Seal Valve seat: (hard seal seat) 304, 316 and (soft seal seat) polytetrafluoroethylene.

 Installation and maintenance

1.  Before install three �way ball valve must first cleaning pipeline, should not have welding slag etc. sundries, in order to avoid scuffing sealed surface.
2.  Three �way ball valve can be erect or lie down installed, electric actuator never downward reverse install.
3.  Three �way ball valve is flange connection, according to standard JB/T81-94 executed.
4.  Three �way ball valve outline shown as diagram, main outline parameter see table 2.
