Pneumatic O type three-way ball valve

Use

Pneumatic O type three-way ball valve is one kind of three channel turn type control ball valve, make one control valve have two control valve function. It is composed of pneumatic actuator o type three-way ball valve, two bit five-way electro-magnetic valve etc. components. Their valve cores have L type and T type, can meet various different production technology requirement. Three-way ball valve can accord requirement, any one pipeline all can be used as inlet or outlet. L type valve is truncate two pipeline among three pipeline, T type valve realize three communicating pipeline carry out convergent flow and split flow.

Structure and principle

Pneumatic three �?way ball valve is compose of pneumatic piston actuator, three �?way ball valve and two bit five �?way ball valve etc components. Pneumatic piston actuator is drive device of three �?way ball valve, When operation gas source pressure enter cylinder another end, push piston motion from one and to another end, drive crank web and rotational axis, therefore ball valve rotate 90º, make three �?way valve from close (open) position turn to open (close) position, reach to medium in pipeline realize circulation (cut off) meet different technology demand (detail see Fig.1). Pneumatic three �?way ball valve have two type, valve core have L type and T type, can realize two different control requirement.

Installation and maintenance

1. When install three-way ball valve, must note flow direction mark on the valve body, in order to avoid flow direction error, therefore effect to use.
2. After apply three-way ball valve must ensure that under valve full open condition wash the pipeline in order to avoid welding slag etc. sundries scuffing sealed surface.
3. Generally, three-way ball valve all set up by-pass pipe line, when repair or change ball valve can use by-pass pipeline makes process run as usual.
4. Pneumatic three-way ball valve can be erect or lie down installed in level positive 180o scope, pneumatic actuator never downward reverse install.
5. Debugger of positioner or electromagnetic valve detail see manual.
6. Pneumatic actuator crank web is square head structure, can use as hand device, when fail removing gas source pipe can directly using hand spanner immediately realize manual operation.
7. If find packing chamber leakage during operation process, tighten gland stud can immediately solve it.
